Air pressure too low Check the pressure gauge and related air lines
Material splashing Large temperature difference between material and chute Adjust the chute temperature to be roughly the same as the material temperature
Dust agglomeration in the chute Clean the chute with soft cloth material
Scratches on the chute Sand with fine sandpaper or replace the chute
Solenoid valve acts frequently Incorrect color sorting method selected Select the correct color sorting mode
Background plate position not set correctly Readjust the background plate
Machine basically does not sort Sensitivity too low Readjust the sensitivity
