As a national high-tech enterprise, Hefei Guxin has been awarded the “Green Development Award” this time, thanks to its groundbreaking green technologies in the field of quartz sorting. The company’s specially designed quartz color sorter integrates AI algorithms with multispectral fusion technology and is equipped with a 5,400-pixel high-speed linear CCD sensor, enabling precise identification of minute impurities as small as 0.01 mm and maintaining color-sorting accuracy consistently above 99.9%. Unlike traditional sorting methods that rely on chemical reagents and generate significant pollution, this equipment employs physical sorting, thereby reducing pollutant emissions at the source. At the same time, through optimized algorithms, it boosts raw-material utilization by more than 56% and achieves annual energy savings of over 56% per production line, perfectly aligning with the industry’s drive toward low-carbon development. The equipment has obtained multiple environmental certifications and is widely used in the production of high-purity quartz sand for board-making, photovoltaics, and semiconductors, helping downstream companies achieve clean production.
The award of the “Jinpai Service Award” serves as a testament to Gu Xin’s customer-first philosophy.
