The “Gu Xin” brand mineral color sorter employs photoelectric principles and high-resolution sensors to identify and sort minerals by color, thereby achieving precise separation and classification of different ore types. For example, it can separate quartz, quartz sand, potassium feldspar, and mixed stones. In addition to color sorting, the machine can also perform size-based blending and sorting, handling particle sizes ranging from 0.1 to 0.5 cm and from 0.5 to 6 cm. The “Gu Xin” mineral color sorter features a free-fall feeding system, delivering high sorting accuracy, large throughput, minimal carryover of waste, and a high yield of qualified product. Once the raw mineral feed enters the sorting chamber, the color sorter uses sensor feedback to precisely separate and classify the various mineral components. The “Gu Xin” equipment operates with exceptional stability and high productivity, enabling grade-specific sorting based on color and other characteristics to produce high-purity, uniformly colored concentrates. This not only enhances ore grade but also promotes the efficient and sustainable utilization of resources.
