The “Gu Xin” mineral color sorter employs a cutting-edge LED optical design system that effectively addresses the common issues associated with long-term use of LED light sources—namely, high operating temperatures, significant power loss, and shortened service life—thereby ensuring stable temperature control and exceptional durability. In addition, the “Gu Xin” model is equipped with professional high-speed pneumatic valves that deliver rapid response times and low power consumption, further extending their service life to over 10 billion cycles. Even under extreme conditions—such as temperatures below –20°C in Baotou—the “Gu Xin” mineral color sorter can efficiently sort mixed quartz stones ranging from 0.5 to 4 centimeters in size, achieving an hourly output of approximately 8 metric tons while maintaining optimal operating performance and consistently meeting quality and production targets. Beyond quartz, the “Gu Xin” color sorter is capable of processing nearly one hundred types of non-metallic mineral products, including silica, calcite, barite, dolomite, fluorite, and more.
