On August 22, 2023, the production workshop at Guxin was bustling with activity. Two color-sorting machines were fully assembled and ready to be shipped! The “Guxin” brand mineral color-sorting machines would not be possible without the hard work of our employees. Workers shuttled back and forth throughout the workshop, busily tuning equipment, inspecting product quality, cleaning the production line, and performing other tasks—never pausing for a moment.

The “Gu Xin” brand mineral color sorter boasts an exceptionally broad sorting range: it can sort particles as fine as 16 mesh and as large as 8 centimeters, with quartz sand sorting covering a range from 6 to 120 mesh. This versatile equipment can handle hundreds of non-metallic minerals, including quartz, silica, potassium feldspar, calcite, and more. It supports mixed-material sorting across a wide particle-size spectrum—ranging from 0.1 to 0.5 centimeters—and can also process materials from 0.5 to 6 centimeters, offering distinct advantages over comparable systems. The machine features a dual-layer conveyor belt design with free-fall feeding, delivering high sorting accuracy, high throughput, minimal carryover of good material, a high yield of finished product, and low overall power consumption, making it highly cost-effective.
