Hefei Guxin Company Holds ISO Quality Management System Meeting

On the morning of November 18, Hefei Guxin Company held an ISO Quality Management System meeting. The meeting was attended by Mr. Sang Haibo, General Manager of the company; Ms. Wang Chunyan, Deputy General Manager of Finance; Mr. Cui Tongwei, Deputy General Manager; and the heads of all departments. The meeting was chaired by General Manager Sang Haibo. Mr. Sang emphasized that the company conducts regular ISO Quality Management System meetings every year, stressing that all departments must strictly adhere to quality management standards and that department heads must attach great importance to this and strengthen inter-departmental Leaders, proactively drive progress to ensure that the management system continuously enhances business operations and management. At the meeting, leaders from each department reported on the operation of their respective quality management systems. Subsequently, Vice President Wang Chunyan provided a comprehensive summary of the implementation and evaluation of the company’s quality management system. Since last year From October until now All departments of the company have diligently carried out their work in accordance with the procedures stipulated by the quality management system. Compared with previous years, the standardization level of the company’s quality management system has improved significantly, and the quality awareness of all employees has been markedly enhanced. As a result, all tasks are now being implemented more thoroughly and effectively, fully safeguarding the company’s normal production and operational activities and substantially elevating the company’s overall management capabilities. At the same time, it was emphasized that, going forward, department managers must recognize the critical importance of establishing well-defined processes for effectively implementing management practices. Only by courageously acknowledging problems when they are identified can they be properly resolved. It is essential to adopt a proactive attitude toward addressing issues: in product manufacturing, product development, product positioning, and after-sales service, unforeseen challenges are bound to arise. Therefore, we must strive to identify problems promptly, conduct precise analyses, ensure effective communication and coordination, and drive the resolution of issues, continuously striving to deliver outstanding quality performance.
