On the afternoon of January 23, 2022, the company held a grand 2021 Annual Summary Conference at the Vienna Hotel in Hefei. More than 60 people attended, including all members of the company’s leadership team, management, employees, and some employees’ family members, with the meeting chaired by Ms. Xu Sa.
The meeting commenced with a keynote address and annual work summary delivered by Mr. Sang Haibo, the Company’s General Manager, followed by a strategic plan for 2022. Mr. Sang began by reviewing the achievements of 2021, noting that during that year the company relocated from Bahe District to its current site in Xihu Town, Feixi County. Under the close guidance and support of leaders at all levels in Taohua Town, Feixi County, and through the concerted efforts of all colleagues, the company’s output value increased by 150% compared with 2020, significantly enhancing the enterprise’s reputation both domestically and internationally. Moreover, employee compensation and benefits saw a substantial improvement over previous years. In addition, all 18 patent applications submitted in 2021 were successfully approved. Thus, 2021 was a year of remarkable success and also marked the conclusion of our first five-year plan. For the second five-year plan, we aim to expand our workforce to approximately 200 employees; construct new standardized factory buildings and an office tower; and pursue an IPO on the Beijing Stock Exchange. 2022 is the inaugural year of the second five-year plan. During this year, we seek to increase our headcount to around 80, continuously strengthen skills training for our employees to elevate their professional competence, and steadfastly pursue product innovation. Building on the accomplishments of 2021, we will unite as one, strive relentlessly, rise to challenges, further enhance operational efficiency, accelerate the pace of work, clearly define our development direction, adhere to our corporate strategy, prioritize after-sales service, foster a strong corporate culture, and build a cohesive team. We will rigorously control the quality of color-sorting machine production, deepen refined enterprise management, and elevate our management standards to meet the highest benchmarks. By implementing scientific management systems and adopting agile business strategies, we will ensure the successful completion of all annual objectives and targets.
Following General Manager Sang Haibo’s closing remarks, the program moved on to the cultural performances: Ms. Xu Qiong, the company’s Warehouse Supervisor, delivered a stirring rendition of “Plateau of Tibet,” pushing the boundaries of her vocal range; Ms. Wang Chunyan, Deputy CFO, captivated the audience with a powerful and impassioned recitation of “Viewing the Vast Sea,” brimming with grandeur, boldness, and fervor; Mr. Shen Zhaizi from the Production Department sang “The Sailor” with deep emotion, his lyrics—“Wipe away your tears and don’t be afraid; at least we still have dreams”—painting the image of a resilient, responsible man, perfectly in tune with one of the evening’s central themes: walking together toward our shared dreams. Ms. Liu Cuihua from the After-Sales Department concluded with “Tomorrow Will Be Better,” conveying heartfelt wishes for the company’s bright future. Deputy General Manager Cui Tongwei’s performance of the classic inspirational song “Through Storms Without Hesitation” left the audience filled with confidence. After-Sales Supervisor Cui Tonghan and Office Staff Member Li Qingqing also enthusiastically took part in the festivities, each delivering heartfelt renditions of “What Shall I Leave for You” and “Just the Two of Us,” respectively, to showcase their talents. But the real highlight was the self-written and self-directed “Three-Verse Skit” performed by Zhou Pengyou, Li Chuang, Hao Aiqiang, and Dong Yongbin—a hilariously witty act that packed one punch after another, eliciting nonstop laughter and thunderous applause and bringing the entire gala to a thrilling climax. It truly underscored the fact that Gu Xin Company is a treasure trove of hidden talent, where every single employee shines with extraordinary ability.
Throughout the cultural and entertainment program, thrilling raffles were interspersed, with several company employees winning first-, second-, and third-place prizes. Beaming with joy, they proudly held their awards and posed for photos with company leaders Sang Haibo, Cui Tongwei, and Wang Chunyan. In addition, to help employees’ families better understand and support their loved ones’ work, the company not only invited them to attend the event but also presented each attendee with a cash bonus.
At the gala, all employees, led by General Manager Sang Haibo, extended early New Year greetings to both new and existing customers at home and abroad, wishing them a Happy New Year and every wish fulfilled!
Subsequently, as the music faded, the event transitioned into the New Year’s gala, where all employees raised their glasses to celebrate the arrival of the new year and collectively wished for an even brighter future for Guxin.
The annual gala concluded successfully in an atmosphere of harmony, warmth, passion, and joy, showcasing the vibrant, positive, and united spirit of Gu Xin’s employees as they strive for continuous progress. Looking back on 2021, we worked together with one heart and one mind, persevered through challenges, and reaped shared successes; looking ahead to 2022, we are filled with enthusiasm and share a common vision, eagerly anticipating an even brighter future for Gu Xin.
