With the spring tide surging forth, we embark on a new journey, empowered by intelligent manufacturing to write a new chapter. On the second day of Lichun in 2026, colorful banners fluttered throughout the company’s premises and streams of vehicles flowed continuously as 20 Guxin-brand mineral color-sorting machines, having undergone triple quality inspections and meticulous packaging, lined up neatly. Accompanied by the roar of honking horns, they set off in batches for the domestic market, delivering “accelerated start-up” for the Year of the Horse through cutting-edge intelligent manufacturing and demonstrating the company’s unwavering determination to sprint toward its New Year goals.

As a national high-tech enterprise and a global specialist in intelligent mineral sorting, the company has been deeply engaged in the industry for 16 years, consistently upholding the development philosophy of “innovation-driven, quality-first.” The 20 ore color-sorting machines being shipped this time are flagship products custom-designed to meet the specific characteristics of different mineral types, incorporating numerous core technological breakthroughs: they are equipped with a 5,400-pixel high-speed linear CCD sensor and multi-spectral fusion technology, combined with the company’s independently developed AI deep-learning algorithms. This enables them to accurately identify micron-level color and compositional differences in ores—much like an “intelligent golden eye”—achieving a sorting accuracy of over 99.5% and boosting efficiency by more than 40% compared with conventional processes. The equipment features a modular design and low-power architecture, complemented by an automatic self-cleaning system, making it suitable for sorting nearly 100 types of minerals, including quartz, barite, pebbles, calcite, calcium carbonate, limestone, fluorite, kaolin, metallurgical silicon, coal gangue, copper ore, tungsten ore, gold ore, phosphate rock, and many others. Even under heavy-duty operating conditions, the machines deliver stable performance, with average annual energy consumption more than 40% lower than the industry average—perfectly aligning with the requirements of green mine development.

The shipping area was bustling yet well-organized, with technical staff and the logistics team working in close coordination and rigorously adhering to standardized procedures for securing equipment, applying protective packaging, and verifying specifications. “Each unit undergoes a triple-check process—performance testing of core components, stability testing of the complete machine, and verification of the integrity of transport protection—to ensure that every product delivered to the customer is completely defect-free,” said the production manager. This batch of equipment will help customers overcome bottlenecks in traditional sorting processes, significantly reducing labor costs and raw-material waste; on average, each unit can save enterprises more than one million yuan annually. In recent years, the company has earned widespread recognition in global markets through technological innovation and high-quality service, with its products now exported to dozens of countries and regions, including Africa, Canada, Australia, Egypt, Iran, India, Vietnam, and Uzbekistan. The recent bulk shipment of 20 units is strong evidence of this market acclaim. To ensure customers can commence production without worry, the company has assembled a dedicated service team that will provide simultaneous installation and commissioning, technical training, and 24-hour remote operations-and-maintenance support, delivering integrated assurance that encompasses “equipment delivery plus full-lifecycle services.”

Standing at the new starting point of the Year of the Horse, Mr. Sang Haibo, Chairman of the Company, stated that the company will continue to ramp up R&D investment, focus on the iterative advancement of multispectral and AI-integrated technologies, and deepen its expertise in intelligent sorting equipment, thereby delivering more efficient, environmentally friendly, and intelligent solutions to enhance quality and boost productivity across the global mining industry. This large-scale shipment not only lays a solid foundation for the company’s performance in the new year but also underscores the core competitiveness of “Made in China” in the global mining equipment sector. Looking ahead, the company will continue to leverage technological innovation to write a new chapter in industrial upgrading.
