The 2025 World Manufacturing Conference, themed “Smart Manufacturing for a Better World,” recently concluded successfully in Hefei. This industry summit, which brought together guests from more than 40 countries and regions, resulted in the signing of 735 projects with a total investment of RMB 380.2 billion, including 28 projects involving foreign enterprises. The company showcased its flagship mineral color sorter, leveraging cutting-edge AI algorithms and multi-spectral fusion technology to secure multiple overseas contracts on-site and earn global customer recognition through its impressive sorting performance. 
The company’s booth was consistently bustling with visitors, with on-site demonstrations by technical staff serving as a major highlight. When staff members took the quartz sand sample brought by an Indian business partner and fed it into the ore color-sorting machine, the equipment immediately kicked off its precision sorting process. A clear display screen at the scene showed that the multispectral sensors acted like “keen eyes,” conducting all-round scans of the material across multiple spectral dimensions—so even black mineral impurities hidden deep within the quartz sand were easily detected. Paired with an AI-powered “intelligent brain,” the system swiftly identifies subtle differences in grain color and texture, accurately flagging even hard-to-distinguish impurities such as light gray spots and pale yellow specks.


In just a few minutes, the sorted materials are discharged from both ends of the equipment: one end yields high-purity quartz sand with a purity exceeding 99.9% and markedly improved whiteness, while the other end collects various impurities in a centralized manner. “This equipment has solved our major challenge of purifying low-grade ores!” A representative from a Pakistani mining company picked up the sorted sample and examined it repeatedly, praising the results without reservation. Meanwhile, a Russian buyer immediately expressed a need for sorting different particle sizes on-site. The technical team adjusted the parameters via the touchscreen, and the equipment quickly adapted, achieving precise separation even for mixed materials ranging from 3–5 cm to 0.1–0.5 cm, with color-sorting accuracy as high as 99.9%. “We’ve evaluated several brands before, but we’ve never seen such precise sorting performance!” The Russian buyer promptly expressed intent to collaborate, further demonstrating the equipment’s exceptional adaptability.
During the signing ceremony at the conference, the company achieved significant results, successfully establishing partnerships with overseas clients from Pakistan, Russia, Iran, and other countries, with total contract value increasing by more than 30% compared with the same period last year. Clients unanimously emphasized that the technological prowess demonstrated during the on-site demonstrations was the key to collaboration, and that the eco-friendly sorting approach—requiring no chemical agents—better aligns with environmental protection priorities.
