On the evening of December 20, 2024, Mr. Sang Haibo, the company’s General Manager, personally hosted a delegation of important long-standing customers from Malaysia. The Malaysian clients expressed great satisfaction with the performance of the eight “Guxin”-brand mineral particle color sorters already in use at their facilities and highly commended the equipment. This visit to the company was primarily aimed at evaluating quartz sand color sorting machines.
That evening, company leaders accompanied the Malaysian clients throughout their in-depth inspection tour. The group first entered the spacious and well-lit finished-product exhibition hall, where a wide array of ore color-sorting machines developed by the company were on display. The head of production explained each step of the manufacturing process in detail—from the rigorous selection and procurement of raw materials, through the meticulous machining and assembly of components, to the stringent testing procedures for the complete machine—giving the Malaysian clients a profound understanding of the company’s production capabilities and quality-control system. During the visit, the clients also engaged in direct conversations with frontline workers, gaining further insight into the stability and ease of use of the quartz-sand powder-processing color-sorting machine in actual production. Following the tour, company leaders and the Malaysian clients convened in the conference room. During the meeting, the Malaysian clients highlighted that the eight “Guixin” brand ore-particle color-sorting machines they had previously purchased had delivered outstanding results since being put into operation at their local plant. Thanks to their high-precision color-sorting technology, these machines accurately remove impurities, significantly improving the quality of the finished ore products while effectively reducing production costs, thereby making a substantial contribution to the expansion of their business. Accompanied by company experts, they proceeded to the demonstration workshop, where technicians loaded mixed-quality, multi-colored quartz-sand raw material into the machine’s feed hopper. As the machine started up, the advanced optical recognition system swiftly detected even the slightest differences in the sand, while the intelligent sorting system operated with pinpoint accuracy, instantly separating pure quartz sand from impurities and revealing the machine’s exceptional sorting performance. Throughout the demonstration, the Malaysian guests watched intently, and upon witnessing the equipment’s outstanding performance firsthand, they offered it their highest praise and full endorsement.
