Product Description

I. Product Applications:

(1) By Salt Type and Raw Material Form

1. Rock salt (well salt/mineral salt)

• Rough screening of raw ore (10–50 mm): Removes gangue, mud clumps, and black/brown impurities, thereby increasing the feed grade to the mill and reducing subsequent energy consumption and equipment wear.

• After crushing, refined grading (1–10 mm): Removes discolored crystals, black spots, yellow skin, and under‑cooked ore, ensuring the basic purity of industrial salt and refined salt.

• Powdered salt/refined salt (8–120 mesh): Highly precise removal of minute discolored particles, dust, and non-salt minerals, meeting food-grade and high-purity industrial salt standards.

2. Lake salt/sea salt (sun-dried salt, beach-sun-dried salt)

• Coarse salt (5–20 mm): Separates shells, sand, algae, and discolored crystals, reducing the labor intensity of manual sorting.

• Post‑washing refining (1–5 mm): Removes residual impurities and discolored crystals, enhancing whiteness and uniformity; suitable for food-grade salt and premium household‑use salt.

• Fine salt/snowflake salt (<1 mm): Precisely sorts highly reflective crystals and removes trace impurities, ensuring the premium appearance and safety of high-end salt products.

3. Special Salt Types

• Refined edible salt (iodized salt, low-sodium salt): Strictly controls black spots, yellowing, and foreign matter, and complies with the GB 2721 food safety standard.

• Industrial salt (for chemical processing, snow melting, and water treatment): Removes heavy-metal‑bearing minerals and colored impurities to prevent equipment blockage and ensure smooth chemical reactions.

• Premium salts (Himalayan pink salt, rose salt, seasoned salt): meticulously sorted to preserve their natural color, with impurities and discolored particles removed, thereby enhancing their added value.

(2) By Production Stage

1. Raw Ore Preprocessing (Underground/Stockyard)

• Pre‑sorting before grinding, with early waste rejection, enhances the grade of the raw ore and reduces transportation and processing costs.

• Designed to withstand high-humidity, high-dust, and highly corrosive operating conditions, with a corrosion‑resistant, dust‑proof, and waterproof housing.

2. After crushing and screening (midstream of the production line)

• Multi-stage sorting: After coarse crushing, intermediate crushing, and fine crushing, color sorting is performed at each stage to progressively purify the material and minimize the carryover of high-quality product.

• Mixed-particle compatibility: Adapts to a width range of 1–50 mm, eliminating the need for frequent part changes and supporting flexible production across multiple specifications.

3. Final Product Refinement and Packaging (Terminal Quality Control)

• Final quality control: Remove trace amounts of discoloration, foreign matter, and agglomerates to ensure that the finished product meets specified standards for whiteness, purity, and appearance.

• Small-batch/high-end line: High-precision mode, zero tolerance for foreign contaminants, tailored to meet the branding needs of premium salt brands.

(3) By Operating Conditions and Environment

1. High-humidity, high-salinity corrosive environment (salt farms/salt lakes)

• The entire unit is constructed from 304/316 stainless steel with an anti-corrosion coating, offering resistance to salt‑spray corrosion, extending service life and reducing operation and maintenance costs.

• Dust‑proof sealed optical compartment, preventing salt and dust accumulation to ensure stable recognition accuracy.

2. Large-particle/uneven materials (rocks and minerals/coarse salt)

• Belt conveyor combined with wide-area scanning, eliminating blind spots and accommodating flat, flaky, and irregular salt crystals.

• AI multispectral recognition: penetrates weak inclusions and detects subtle color differences, with accuracy reaching up to 99.9%.

3. High-Capacity Continuous Operation (Large-Scale Salt Enterprises)

• Single-unit capacity: 10–20 tons/hour; multiple units can be operated in parallel, making it suitable for production lines with capacities of tens of thousands of tons.

• Low-energy design, saving 25% on electricity compared to conventional equipment and reducing the cost per ton of salt.

(4) Typical Customer Scenarios

• Major domestic salt mines (e.g., Zhongyan, Huaiyan): Large-scale production of rock salt and lake salt, with purity increased by 5–10 percentage points and waste losses reduced.

• Overseas salt lakes (Canada, Australia, India, Russia): Designed to withstand local high-salinity, high-humidity conditions, ensuring stable sorting and meeting export standards.

• Small and medium-sized refined salt plants: Replace manual sorting, reduce costs, and enhance product competitiveness.

• Chemical and de-icing salt companies: Strictly control impurities to ensure downstream product quality and equipment safety.

(5) Core Values

• Quality Enhancement: Purity ranging from 99.5% to 99.9%, stable whiteness, and zero tolerance for impurities.

• Cost reduction: fewer labor costs, lower material waste, extended equipment lifespan, and reduced energy consumption.

• Enhanced efficiency: Production capacity increased by 30%, sorting speed is faster, and it is compatible with continuous production.

• Compliance: Meets both food-grade and industrial-grade standards, catering to export requirements and brand‑building needs.
