Job Responsibilities 1. Independently manage the department’s product operations, including but not limited to gathering and organizing product requirements, coordinating with product managers, following up on requirements, and tracking post-launch performance. 2. Develop effective data-tracking mechanisms aligned with operational objectives and the current state of the product; drive the optimization of operational strategies in response to business development needs; and oversee the execution of online product promotion campaigns to achieve KPI targets. 3. Continuously monitor product performance, analyze user behavior and needs, stay abreast of competitor activities, and conduct competitive analysis. 4. Based on the current operational landscape, formalize existing processes into productized workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
