I. Product Applications:

This equipment features a wide color-sorting range: for dry sorting, particle sizes from 16 mesh to 5 cm can be selected; for wet sorting, particle sizes from 8 mm to 5 cm are available. It is primarily designed for salt-mineral sorting, with applications spanning nearly a hundred non-metallic materials, including quartz, silica, barite, potassium feldspar, dolomite, fluorite, glass, calcite, gypsum, calcium carbonate, rock crystal, marble, granite, salt, jade, phosphate rock, talc, wollastonite, pebbles, kaolin, and more. A key highlight of the product is its dual-layer conveyor belt–based free-fall feeding system, which supports mixed-material color sorting. It delivers high sorting accuracy, large throughput, minimal inclusion of low-quality material in the output, high yield of qualified products, strong operational stability, low overall power consumption, and excellent cost-effectiveness—giving it highly distinctive advantages over comparable equipment.
