The Guxin pebble-specific color sorter is equipped with multispectral fusion technology and intelligent AI algorithms, accommodating raw materials of varying particle sizes from 5 mm to 150 mm. By capturing comprehensive material characteristics across the entire spectrum, the AI accurately identifies foreign colors, impurity stones, and defective particles, swiftly rejecting them with a sorting accuracy exceeding 99.9%.

I. Application Scenarios

High-purity raw material processing  
Glass sand/photovoltaic sand: Removes foreign colors, impurities, and mica; purity ≥ 99.9%, enhancing glass transparency and strength. Slab sand/artificial stone: Ensures uniform color, eliminates discolored or off‑shade particles, and provides consistent particle size, improving the aesthetic appeal and mechanical strength of slabs. High‑purity quartz raw material: Separates quartz from pebbles and other minerals (such as slate and waste rock), purifying high‑silica pebbles for use in refractory materials and ceramic glazes.  
Construction Aggregates and Decorative Stone  
Pervious pavement/landscape aggregates: Sorted pebbles in solid colors such as white, yellow, red, and black, with uniform coloration and minimal impurities, suitable for garden paving, tree pits, and water features. Exterior wall/flooring washed stone: Impurities, weathered material, and clay‑laden particles are removed to ensure consistent color and adequate hardness, enhancing the architectural texture. Concrete aggregates: Soft, weathered, and impurity‑laden particles are eliminated to improve concrete strength and durability.  
Landscape Architecture and Cultural Creativity  
Landscape Design: Premium pebbles of various color schemes and particle sizes (2–5 cm) are carefully selected for use in rockeries, streams, and courtyard paving. Cultural‑Creative Products/Crafts: Carefully chosen pebbles free of discoloration, cracks, and with attractive natural patterns are used for carving, painting, and commemorative stones.  
Recycling Resources and Tailings Utilization  
Riverbed/Tailings Recovery: Sorting high-value quartz and silica from riverbed pebbles and mineral processing tailings, turning waste into valuable resources. Waste Concrete/Brick Debris: Separating mixed pebbles for use as recycled aggregates and subgrade fill, promoting environmental sustainability while reducing costs.
