From April 9 to 11, the 2026 Green and Intelligent Mineral Processing Conference, themed “Intelligent Leadership in Mineral Processing Innovation, Green Momentum for Industrial Circularity,” was grandly held in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province. The company made a high-profile appearance at the exhibition, showcasing its core optical sorting technology for ores along with end-to-end, all-scenario solutions. Mr. Sang Haibo, the company’s General Manager and Vice President of the Anhui Provincial Association of Mechanical and Electrical Industries, was invited to attend the main forum and delivered a keynote speech titled “The Wide Application of Optical Sorters in Metallic and Non-Metallic Mines,” sharing the company’s technological expertise and practical achievements in the field of intelligent sorting and injecting the ‘Guxin Solution’ into the green and intelligent transformation of the mining industry.

At the exhibition, our booth was bustling with visitors and drew a steady stream of representatives from mining companies and industry experts across the country. Attendees engaged in in-depth discussions on AI-powered intelligent ore color sorting technology, comprehensive sorting solutions for all types of minerals, and real-world application cases involving barite, fluorite, lead–zinc, copper, phosphate, molybdenum, gold, tungsten, and other mineral resources. Many clients made special trips to our booth to align on their specific needs, where they held detailed consultations with our team about customized sorting solutions for various mineral types and the practical implementation of projects. The lively atmosphere of inquiries and negotiations at the booth remained consistently high, vividly demonstrating the strong industry influence and broad market recognition of Guxin’s color-sorting technology.

As a global specialist manufacturer of color sorting machines for the mineral industry, we have long been deeply committed to mineral separation, upholding the corporate ethos of “serving the nation through technology.” Our “Guxin” brand color sorters, renowned for their precision and high efficiency, have been consecutively recognized over many years as an Outstanding Supplier and Outstanding Service Provider in the mineral separation sector. Our products are deployed across nearly a hundred metal and non-metal ore sorting applications, including quartz, quartz sand, barite, gypsum, potassium feldspar, fluorite, limestone, hematite, antimony ore, lithium ore, and more, and are exported to dozens of countries and regions, such as Egypt, Vietnam, Iran, India, and Uzbekistan. At this conference, the company centered its exhibit on the theme of “Intelligent Sorting—Green Efficiency,” using technical display panels, case demonstrations, and solution presentations to comprehensively showcase the stable performance and high-efficiency sorting capabilities of our color sorting equipment under complex operating conditions, attracting numerous mining industry professionals to stop by, observe, and engage in exchanges and discussions.

During the conference’s sorting forum session, Mr. Sang delivered an in-depth presentation, drawing on industry development trends and Guixin Electronics’ practical experience. He emphasized that, in today’s context of increasingly stringent resource efficiency and environmental protection requirements, color sorters have become critical equipment for both metallic and non-metallic mineral processing. Their value extends beyond improved sorting efficiency; they also drive cost reduction, efficiency gains, and a green transformation across the entire mining value chain. For metallic mineral sorting, Guixin’s color sorters can precisely identify impurities and low-grade ore fragments in minerals such as gold, copper, tungsten, and molybdenum. Leveraging high-resolution CCD cameras and AI-powered intelligent algorithms, these systems achieve micron-level impurity removal, complemented by millisecond-response pneumatic ejection valves. A single unit can process dozens of tons per hour, with sorting accuracy exceeding 99%, representing several-fold improvements over traditional manual sorting while reducing labor costs by more than 90%. In the non-metallic mineral sector, the equipment is tailored to the specific characteristics of various minerals—including quartz, quartz sand, barite, fluorite, and kaolin—by optimizing multi-modal sorting approaches that integrate color sorting, multispectral analysis, and AI. This enables full-range particle-size sorting across raw ores ranging from 3 to 8 centimeters, granules from 0.5 to 3 millimeters, and mineral powders from 8 to 150 mesh, effectively enhancing ore purity and helping enterprises significantly improve ore quality.

General Manager Sang emphatically stressed that green and intelligent technologies are the core drivers of development in the mineral processing industry. The Guxin brand color sorter features a modular, low-power design paired with an automatic self-cleaning system, making it well-suited to the demanding and harsh operating conditions found in mining environments while significantly reducing maintenance costs and energy consumption. For metallic ores, pre-concentration at the front end to discard waste material reduces the throughput of subsequent grinding and flotation processes, lowers reagent consumption and tailings discharge, and delivers dual benefits: efficient resource utilization and environmentally friendly protection. Taking fluorite ore as an example, the Guxin color sorter can increase the CaF₂ grade from 22% to 90%, cutting flotation costs by 40% and generating substantial economic gains for mining enterprises.

Following the presentation, General Manager Sang engaged in in-depth discussions with the attendees, sharing his insights on topics such as technological upgrades, market demand, and industry collaboration. He stated that the company will continue to increase R&D investment to drive breakthroughs in the application of color sorters in complex coexisting ores and ultra-fine-grained ores, while also deepening industry–university–research cooperation, enhancing the global service network, and providing customers with end-to-end sorting solutions.

This appearance at the 2026 Green and Intelligent Mineral Processing Conference represents a significant opportunity for our company to showcase its technological prowess and forge connections with industry stakeholders. Moving forward, we will leverage more precise intelligent sorting equipment and more efficient green mineral-processing solutions to help mining enterprises overcome developmental bottlenecks, drive the industry’s transformation toward greater intelligence, higher value-added operations, and sustainability, and contribute Anhui’s expertise to the global effort for the efficient utilization of mineral resources.
